Subject:
Down-to-Earth Spirituality
In the late 1980s I had the good fortune to play Father Callifer in an amateur production in Hammersmith, no other part has moved me more or had a greater effect on my later life.
The story is exceptionally well-written and, at another level, must rank alongside "The Screwtape Letters" by CS Lewis as one of the best commentaries on practical Christianity.
